APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 169 (2) of the
Insurance Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and
Economic Planning appoints—
Tom Kimaru, Sammy Chepkwony, Caroline Bosco, Rosemary Wanjiru Thiongo, to be members of the Insurance Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 26th May, 2023.
