NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 203, in Volume DI, Folio 111/1252, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Nicholus Odhiambo Mboga, of P.O. Box 87–40301, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Nicholus Kelly Odhiambo Mboga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nicholus Kelly Odhiambo Mboga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nicholus Odhiambo Mboga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nicholus Odhiambo Mboga only.
