Box 28523– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Isaac Waithaka Wangui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Isaac Waithaka Wangui and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Isaac Waithaka Ndegwa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to 9th June, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Isaac Waithaka Ndegwa only.
