REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sironga ole Mala (ID/1096408) (decseased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 36.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Loitokitok/Olkaria/91, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the Magistrate’s Court at Loitokitok in succession cause No. 2 of 2017, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Somina Ene Sironka and (2) Kanayo Ene Sironga to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of a new land title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the said administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Sironga ole Mala (ID/1096408) (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
