THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Harun Gachuiri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.302 hectares or thereabout, known as Gilgil/Gilgil Block 1/3696, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the judge in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. E79 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Grace Waithira (ID/4314568) and (2) Mercy Wambui Waithira (ID/20904671), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to (1) Grace Waithira (ID/4314568) and (2) Mercy Wambui Waithira (ID/20904671, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Harun Gachuiri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
