REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Livingstone Mwangi Wanjau alias Livingston Mwangi Wanjau (deceased), of P.O. Box 45237–00100, Nairobi in the 9th June, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.56 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 15/Geitwa/548, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in succession cause No. 96 of 2013, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Leah Wanjiku Mwangi, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Leah Wanjiku Mwangi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Livingstone Mwangi Wanjau alias Livingston Mwangi Wanjau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
