THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Asadi Kiberenge Tuwei (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kiplombe/Kuinet Block 2 (Rotich and Birech)/391, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the Court has issued grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Abdul Tuwei, (2) Mohamed Kipkemei and (3) Idi Agui Maritim, all of P.O. Box 631– 2536 2536 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue a land title deed to of (1) Abdul Tuwei, (2) Mohamed Kipkemei and (3) Idi Agui Maritim and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Asadi Kiberenge Tuwei (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
