WHEREAS Stanley Mwangi Kanyingi (ID/6699293), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.3 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title No. Sipili/Donyoloip Block 1/2945, and whereas the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
