IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 125 (1) (d) of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Forestry appoints— Duncan Mwangi Kuria, Emmanuel Mumia, to be members of the National Environment Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th June, 2023.
