IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8 (1) (g) (ii) of the Tourism Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Tourism, Wildlife and

Josephine Gakenia, Alex Cleland Atingo, as members of the Board of Directors of the Tourism Regulatory
Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th June, 2023.
