APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (l) of the Ewaso Ngiro North River Basin Development Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community (EAC), the ASALS and Regional Development appoints— MAJ. GEN. (RTD.) ANTHONY MARITIM ROP to be a member of the Ewaso Ngiro North River Basin Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th June, 2023.
