APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, paragraph 26 of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Jomo Kenyatta Foundation, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— JOHN MAINA KAMUIRU to be a member of the Board of Directors of the Jomo Kenyatta Foundation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 9th June, 2023.
