E29 OF 2023 By Munyiva Kavindu, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbute Mutua, who died at Mwambiu Sub-location, on 21st July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By Denis Mwinzi Kithome, of P.O. Box 70–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kithome Mulonzya, who died at Enziu Sub-location, on 12th July, 2009. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By (1) Colletah Mutungwa Musyimi and (2) Kennedy Mwendwa Musyimi, both of P.O. Box 89–90402, Migwani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Musyimi Makindi alias Godfrey M. Makindu, who died at Matuu Town, on 7th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
