TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 332 OF 2022 By Hellen Otina, of P.O. Box 27, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Rahudhi Otina alias David Rahudhi, who died on 2nd March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2023 By Peter Oyugi Ouma, of P.O. Box 1923, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Akoth Milka Ouma alias Grace A. M. Oyugi, who died at Jalaram, Kisumu, on 15th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
