TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2023 By John Arum Singa, of P.O. Box 79–40223, Kadongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Singa Owaka, who died on 9th November, 1994. CAUSE NO. 322 OF 2023 By Tobias Otieno Onunda, of P.O. Box 16, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onunda Achila alias O. Achila Nanga, who died at Kendu Bay, on 12th December, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
