E14 OF 2023 By (1) Lydiah Nyambura Mwangi and (2) Stephen Mureithi Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mungai Macharia, who died at Ikumbi Sub-location, on 10th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2023 By Benson Mwangi Irungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Irungu Njoroge, who died at Gachocho, on 20th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Kaira and (2) Edward K. Githinji, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Chege Kibe, who died at Kenani, on 22nd January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
