TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 50 OF 2020 By Sylvanus Mutua Mbithe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Khadija Mbithe Masila, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 1999. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By Jane Wanza Matiku, of P.O. Box 249, Makindu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutevu Kilonzo Muthiani, who died at Makindu in 1980. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2023 By Joseph Muthoka Mutiku, of P.O. Box 59, Matiliku in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwonga Ngao, who died at Kawala Sub-location, on 23rd August, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
