TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By Tsuma Mwasingo Kombo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwasimbo Kombo Chibule, who died at Buni, on 20th December, 2002. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By Tsuma Mwasingo Kombo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwadzuya Kombo Chibule, who died at Buni, Kisimani, on 13th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2023 By Nathaniel Ndune Tsuma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tsuma Chigumba Chipuli, who died at Buni, Kisimani, on 26th October, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
