TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2023 By (1) Ruth Cherono Sitonik and (2) Alice Chepkorir Sitonik, both of P.O. Box 99, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimarta Kenduiwa Kenduiwa Koske alias Koskei, who died at Koma, Bomet, on 16th January, 1998. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Cheruiyot Marindany, (2) Nicholas Kipngetich Chepkwony and Cindy Chepkirui, all of P.O. Box 92, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Chelangat Chepkwony alias Taplegoi w/o A. Chepkwony alias Susana Chelangat Chepkwony, who died at Kelonget, on 25th December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
