CAUSE NO. 141 OF 2023 By Jashon Okoth Owiyo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondiek Oinya, who died on 10th August, 1996. CAUSE NO. 156 OF 2023 By (1) Lewnida Omollo Juma and (2) George M. Otieno Kibat, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Juma Kimori alias Juma Nyalaro, who died on 21st December, 2018. CAUSE NO. 183 OF 2023 By Alanya Paul Odhiambo Were, of P.O. Box 256, Sondu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okodo Opondo alias Okode Opondo, who died at Kajimbo, on 5th July, 1983.
