CAUSE NO. 94 OF 2023 By Anjeline Adongo Akoth, of P.O. Box 320, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloys Akoth Obara, who died at Bar Osimbo Sub-location, on 10th August, 2004.
