Box 6, Katheri in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ikiara M’Mugambi, who died at Isiolo, on 12th March, 1998. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2023 By Paul Kirera Karauta, of P.O. Box 127–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabella Nduru, who died at Rwanderi Sub-location, on 17th December, 2006. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By Susana Kanyata Karonga, of P.O. Box 76, Katheri in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murong’a M’Mungania, who died at Katheri West, on 9th October, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
