E170 OF 2022 By (1) Alice Florence Wanjiru Wahinya and (2) James Wandere Mungai, both of P.O. Box 5–00227, Kinale in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and buyer, respectively for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng’ang’a Kinuthia alias John Ng’ang’a Kinuthia, who died at Ngarariga, on 8th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2022 By (1) Tabitha Wairimu Njoroge and (2) John Chege Njoroge both of P.O. Box 12493–00100, Nairobi in Kenya the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Karanja Njihia, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 27th June, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
