TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2023 By (1) Julius Mbugua Mungai and (2) Peter Muchoki Murigi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Runo alias Mungai Runo Hinga, who died in Nairobi, on 20th January, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
