TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 2nd June, 2023 CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2023 By Francis Kamonye Mwaura, of P.O. Box 55781, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Mwaura, who died at Tinganga, Kiambu, on 25th November, 2007. CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2023 By Lucy Wanjiku Njeri, (2) Francis Wanderi Njeri and (3) Serah Wanjiru Njeri, all of P.O. Box 33, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Muya, who died at Ikinu Location, on 17th March, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
