TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 72 OF 2022 By (1) Riziki Dena Karisa and (2) Kombe Charo Yeri, the deceased’s co-widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sidi Charo Kayaa, who died on 6th August, 2006. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2023 By Jackson Mapenzi Karisa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sidi Karisa Kazungu, who died on 5th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
