TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 71 OF 2023 By Kadzo Mtawala Mboya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mtawala Mboya Masha, who died at Malindi, on 2nd April, 1992. CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2023 By Margaret David Maitha, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Joseph Maitha, who died on 9th January, 2003. CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2023 By (1) Karisa Ziro Wanje, (2) Amos Ziro Wanje and (3) Samson Sifa Ziro, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenga Wanje Ziro, who died on 19th September, 1994. CAUSE NO. 80 OF 2023 By Alii Mwakudza Nyoka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmanuel Nyoka alias Nyoka Ngua Emmanuel, who died on 28th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
