Box 1883–80200, Malindi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Giovanni Maddaluni, who died at Latina, Italy, on 27th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. 56 OF 2023 By (1) Kasichana Philip Iha and (2) Bahati Karisa Iha, both of P.O. Box 141, Watamu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Karisa Iha Toya, who died at Malindi Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 2005. CAUSE NO. 58 OF 2023 By Beatrice Mbithe, of P.O. Box 141, Watamu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Mutua Muthama, who died at Tawfiq Hospital in Kenya, on 13th November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
