TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 2nd June, 2023 CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2022 By Makori Masese Omayo, of P.O. Box 5–40500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masese Omayo, who died at Kebirigo, on 17th September, 1973. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By Jane Sabiri Momanyi, of P.O. Box 2–40500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washingtone Momanyi Nyachienga, who died at Nyangena Hospital in Kenya, on 6th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
