Box 24, Nginyang in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Nasia, who died on 27th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2023 By (1) Shadrack Tpgoiwo Tonje and (2) Wyclife Chelangat Tonje, both of P.O. Box 78–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Tonje Chelagat, who died on 18th March, 2019. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By (1) Luka Chelagat and (2) Isaac Kipkemei Cheptogoch, both of P.O. Box 78–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Chelagat Cheptogoch, who died on 23rd January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
