TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2023 By (1) Gladys Jerotich, (2) Dunson Ngeny and (3) Rose Jepkoech Ngeny, all of P.O. Box 78–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eglah Jepkoech Humfrey, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 7th June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
