E332 of 2022 By Hellen Otina, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Rahudhi Otina alias David Rahudhi, who died at Nyandiwa Sub-location, on 2nd May, 2021. CAUSE NO. 168 OF 2023 By George Ouma Odiembo, through Messrs. Onyango Otunga & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Odiembo Okella, who died at Gongo, on 19th January, 1976. CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2023 By Samuel Ochieng Onyango the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onyango Opot, who died at Sirembe Sub-location, on 8th January, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
