TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2023 By John Gutu Njagi, of P.O. Box 164, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Wanjiru Njagi, who died at District Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 17th November, 2003. CAUSE NO. E162 OF 2023 By James Nyaga Njiru, of P.O. Box 7, Kianyaga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Nyaga, who died at Kianyaga in 1950. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
