Box 1465, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Gathoni Mbugua, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 5th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2023 By (1) Paul Kihara Kimani and (2) Joseph Njuguna Kimani, both of P.O. Box 1129–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Njeri Kimani, who died at Karunga, Kiambu, on 13th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2023 By Jacinta Nyokabi Ibongo, of P.O. Box 151–00502, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njeri Ibongo, who died at St. Bridget Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2023 By (1) John Mwaura Mbugua, (2) Samuel Muhungi Mbugua, (3) Isaac Waithaka Mbugua and (4) Lucy Wanjiku Kamau, all of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbugua Karanja, who died at Karuri Sub-location, on 9th July, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
