TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2023 By Margaret W. Kamau, of P.O. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kamau Kimani, who died at Kahuho, Kiambu, on 27th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E278 OF 2023 By (1) Sospeter Karanja Gikubu and (2) Peter Mungai Gikubu, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Gikubu Karanja, who died at Gituamba, Njiku, on 7th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
