Box 69–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kihara Ruiru, who died at North Kinangop Catholic Hospital in Kenya, on 28th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) John Njoroge Gikeri, and (2) James Kahora Gikeri, both of P.O. Box 1990-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Gikeri Stanley, who died at Munoru Sub-location, on 30th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By (1) John Mwangi Kiago, (2) Jimmy Kabango Nguatha, and (3) Mark Munyua Nguatha, all of P.O. Box 19–20151, Sulmac in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wangari Mwangi alias Teresiah Wangari Mwangi, who died at Mulemi Nursing Home, on 27th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
