TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2022 By Lydia Mukiri Charles Muthuri, of P.O. Box 83067–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jule Nteere Imathiu alias Julius Nteere Elijah, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2022 By Rahmatulla Rahami Ahmed, of P.O. Box 60–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zubeida Yusuf Rehematulla alias Zubeida Noormohamed Khediwalla, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
