REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alfred Ingida Aluvaala, of P.O. Box 29700–00202, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0024 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 79/50, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue a new certificate of lease and the said missing certificate of lease be deemed of no effect.
