NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 9th May, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 603, in Volume DI, Folio 815/1534, File No. MMXIX, by our client, Stephen Mwangi Maina, of P.O Box 74392– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stephen Oyamo Oloo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Stephen Oyamo Oloo,, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephen Mwangi Maina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed Stephen Mwangi Maina name only.
