NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 323, in Volume B-13, Folio 2271/19338, File No. 1637, by our client, George Nyabuto Atuya Momanyi, of P.O. Box 250–40109, Sondu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as James Nyabuto Manyisa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Nyabuto Manyisa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name George Nyabuto Atuya Momanyi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name George Nyabuto Atuya Momanyi only.
