NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th March, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 586, in Volume D1, Folio 114/1274, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Mike Jace Senga Sizz Waithumbi Musyoki, formerly known as Mike Jace Senga Sizz Musyoki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mike Jace Senga Sizz Musyoki, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mike Jace Senga Sizz Waithumbi Musyoki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mike Jace Senga Sizz Waithumbi Musyoki only.
