NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KAH 928L; KCU 060Y; KCN 147N; KCD 128H; KCU 255U; KBM 792M; KBK 486F, and container serial No. 5514301045R1, to collect them from our Garage Carmate Limited, Thika, within the next thirty (30) days from the date of this publication after paying the storage and handling charges plus the cost of this publication and other incidental costs. Unless the said motor vehicles and container are collected from the said garage, the same will be sold through public auction by Jocet Auctioneers without any further notice and the proceeds thereof will be used to defray the accrued charges and costs.
