THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 14th April, 2023, completed. The plan relates to land situated within Siaya Municipality. Copies of the draft development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge at the office of the CECM, Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development (Ardhi House, Siaya Municipality), Sub-County Administrator’s Office, Alego Usonga and respective Ward offices between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above development plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, P.O. Box 803-40600, Siaya and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 19th April, 2023. MAURICE O.
