IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 4 (c) (i) and (ii) of the Kakamega County Investment and Development Agency (Amendment) Act, 2022 and section 8(5) of the Kakamega County Investment and Development Agency Act, 2018, the County Executive Committee Member, Finance and Economic Planning appoints— CPA Mumia Koroti, Alice Nanjala Wafula, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Kakamega County Investment and Development Agency, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 3rd May, 2023.
