THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kakiti Mwongela Kiima (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.3 hectares or thereabout, known as Kyangwithya/Kaveta/488, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. E333 of 2021, has issued administration letters to Michael Mutua Sammy, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Kakiti Mwongela Kiima (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I tend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Kakiti Mwongela Kiima (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
