THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muindi Sila (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 23.16 hectares or thereabout, known as Donyo Sabuk/Komarock Block 1/47, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika in succession Cause No. 26 of 2018 has issued a grant of letters of administration to (1) Albanus Ngea Muindi and (2) Titus Muinde Muindi, and whereas the said (1) Albanus Ngea Muindi and (2) Titus Muinde Muindi have executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said piece of land have failed, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 to (1) Albanus Ngea Muindi and (2) Titus Muinde Muindi, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muindi Sila (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
