THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Wainaina Karanja (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.59 hectare or thereabouts, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 2/310, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in succession cause No. E299 of 2021 has issued grant and confirmation letters to John Njoroge Mbirui, of P.O. Box 1814, Naivasha, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to John Njoroge Mbirui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Wainaina Karanja (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
