REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gitau Kamau and (2)Kamau Gakuru Karoki (deceased), both of P.O Box 13,Kahuro in the Republic of Kenya,is registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as Loc.8/Ndikwe/191, situate in the district of Muranga, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Muranga in succession cause no. E311 of 2021 , has issued a grant and confirmation letters in favour of Samuel Githinji Gitau, and whereas as all efforts made to recover the land tittle deed and surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Samuel Githinji Gitau and upon such registration the tittle deed issued to the said(1)Gitau Kamau and (2)Kamau Gakuru Karoki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
