GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6195

WHEREAS Paul Joram Ndungu Gitau alias Gitau Joram N. alias Gitau Joram Ndungu alias Joram N. Gitau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Thika Municipality Block 1/89, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in succession cause No. E521 of 2021, has directed that the name of Paul Joram Ndungu Gitau alias Gitau Joram N. alias Gitau Joram Ndungu alias Joram N. Gitau (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that of Mary Njeri Ndungu, and whereas the certificate of lease issued earlier to Paul Joram Ndungu Gitau alias Gitau Joram N. alias Gitau Joram Ndungu alias Joram N. Gitau (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration, the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Paul Joram Ndungu Gitau alias Gitau Joram N. alias Gitau Joram Ndungu alias Joram N.
