THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Harrison Eshiwani Makhotsa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.23 hectare or thereabouts, known as Bungoma/Kiminini/1209, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Bungoma in succession cause No. E34 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration to Lonah Akoya Ochenga, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Harrison Eshiwani Makhotsa (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Harrison Eshiwani Makhotsa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
